Tasting notes

Intense, brilliant burgundy color. Open, refined nose, fruity and spicy. Black cherry blackberry and blueberry. Fine peppery and vanilla spices mingle with the bouquet. On the palate, the flavor is concentrated, complex and well-balanced. Roundness and supple structure with fine, dense, noble tannins. noble. No weaknesses, on the contrary energy and freshness. Superb fruity finish very elegant. Great purity of maturity and balance for a wine that needs to evolve (10 years) in the cellar.
