Tasting notes

A wonderfully complex, subtle, expressive nose offering floral, fruity, and mineral notes, with a palate that lives up to expectations, featuring a satiny texture, silkiness, and amplitude, but without any harshness. Length, power, refinement, freshness, and balance—it has it all. A truly great wine, the very embodiment of what we think of as a great Pessac.

Heritage in the vineyard

Domaine

Dating back to the 17th century, when the domaine was referred to Chivaley. Domaine de Chevalier would be linked to the Saint-Jacques de Compostela path that borders the edge of the estate. In 1983, Olivier Bernard would take control of the estate, bringing it to new heights.

Environmental practices
