Tasting notes

A pale gold color with brilliance, ample lemon, peach and minerality. Rounded out by a subtly cedar finish, a medium-bodied centered around fresh fruits and a crisp finish. Structured.

Vineyard size: 90 hectares
Soil composition: Pyrenean clay gravel dating to the Pliocene and early Quaternary periods.

Winemaking

Fermentation container: Harvested early in the morning into crates to avoid heating the clusters.
Maceration technique: Manually de-stemmed before being pressed, decanted using gravity.
Aging: Oak
12-15 months in barrels, with 55% new barrels, 35% previously used barrels, 10% cement egg shaped vat.
