Tasting notes

A white wine with an expansive nose that harmoniously blends the toasty notes of the barrel with the white peach and blackcurrant bud notes of a ripe Sauvignon Blanc. Full-bodied, well-rounded by the aging process but dynamic, the palate reveals seductive fruitiness, vanilla, spice, and apricot notes with considerable length. A comfortable and harmonious Pessac, in keeping with the vintage.

Environmental practices

Becoming certified organic in 2019, having applied many biodynamic practices for many years. Growing herbs on-site including yarrow, horsetail and tansy to use for decoctions. A strong philosophy to combine traditional with innovative technics in the vineyard.
