Tasting notes

Deep garnet-purple in colour, this wine reveals intense aromas of black fruit such as blackcurrant and fresh blackberry. Notes of red fruit such as raspberry, with hints of liquorice and crushed stone. Some mineral notes. This aromatic complexity is repeated on the palate, with fine-grained tannins that are silky, elegant and perfectly integrated into a magnificent structure. This is a wine of great finesse and remarkable balance. The finish is long and sparkling.
