Tasting notes

Intense, the nose seduces with its complexity and elegance. The purity of the fruit bouquet reflects the perfectly mastered maturity of the three grapes varieties. Each variety brings its own personal touch, with hints of blackcurrant from the Cabernet Sauvignon, a luscious strawberry perfume from the Merlot, and delicate floral notes form the Cabernet Franc.

Heritage in the vineyard

Domaine

Château Figeac, founded in 1732, the estate was then owned by the Cazes family until 1892. In 1892, the Manoncourt family would purchase the estate. Thierry Manoncourt would take over the estate’s management in 1955, modernizing the winemaking facilities. In 2010, the Château was classified Premier grand Cru Classé A.
