Tasting notes

A classic mature Bordeaux color, presenting with a nose of leather, dark fruits, cedar wood with coffee aromas. Tannins are harmonious with fine tannins, the overall result is an attractive pleasing Margaux.

Heritage in the vineyard

Domaine

First established in the 18th century by Irish négociant Pierre Mitchell, who also founded the first glassworks in Bordeaux, the estate was sold to Eric Albada Jelgersma in 1997. Jelgersma has since worked hard to improve the elegant estate.
