Tasting notes

The wine unfolds its silky texture with elegance, finesse, and freshness, along with the floral notes that characterize great wines. There is no excessive oakiness; instead, we discover ripe black fruits, a mineral freshness reminiscent of flint, and a finish with notes of licorice and pepper, creating a perfect balance.

Environmental practices

Becoming certified organic in 2019, having applied many biodynamic practices for many years. Growing herbs on-site including yarrow, horsetail and tansy to use for decoctions. A strong philosophy to combine traditional with innovative technics in the vineyard.
